Nutrisystem: Week 5 Update (Review & Giveaway)

First I must apologize for the lack of updates. After a sudden and unexpected death in the family I have had a hard time keeping up with everything. With a huge Holiday Gift Guide lined up, I've struggled to get everything done...... and in all honesty most day's I would have  preferred to do nothing at all..... but I know in my heart that life goes on, and I can't just sit around feeling sorry for myself.

Over the past couple of weeks I have not weighed myself, however I did weigh myself this morning, and to my shock I've lost 11 pounds since I last updated everyone. While most day's I didn't feel much like eating, I maintained by eating my Nutrisystem meals (each meal contains so many vital nutrients and essential protein).

I have to also say that throughout all of this, Nutrisystem has been absolutely amazing and supportive......a lot less like a company and more like family. Providing support and kindness in a time when it was much needed. I can't express how grateful I am to have come into contact with the program and the amazing people behind it.......they have changed my life in more way's than one.

Updates will now continue to post regularly on Monday's, as I continue on my weight loss journey.
