                   My Experience with Snapware
Scene: I've iced a dozen cupcakes to perfection, ready for the occasion - now what do I do? How do I transport them without squashing the icing - thus making them far less desirable possibly even inedible?. Other container's haven't worked in the past. Shifting in transport is a major possible issue....plastic wrap? Tin Foil? Not Even! So what to do....what to do.....?

                                My Experience with CSN Stores
I love to browse the extensive selection available in CSN stores 200+ Stores online! Though I have browsed through CSN stores site's MANY times - I had never noticed their Clearance Center. What a great discovery! There are so many item's available at amazingly deep discounted prices (really I was beyond surprised at the pricing). CSN stores Clearance Center offers item's at a discounted price that have been returned. As CSN cannot return the item's to their supplier's and they cannot sell them as "New" because they have been in shipment to the customer, and again to return;  they discount the item's and offer them in their Clearance Center!

I found this beautiful office chair (pictured above).... and are you ready for this?! It was only $55 + tax with FREE SHIPPING! ( Free Shipping is offered on many of the item's that CSN Stores offers). The chair arrived very quickly, and was a breeze to put together. The high back ( with slight curve for back support ) is so comfortable, and fits in great with our decor!

Now that I've discovered the CSN stores Clearance Center......I will definitely be browsing and shopping frequently!

At first glance I was impressed with the design of U*neaks footwear. As a mother, I know how important it is to let my children express their individuality through their clothing & footwear. When it comes to shoes, princess L has NO problem letting me know exactly what she likes! She strives for comfort and style( it's very hard to find both ). If the princess is not comfortable she will remove her shoes~ no matter where we are!

We sat down and looked at the styles available online, she identified the shoes that she loved ( the Pearlized Pink Paris z-strap ~pictured above top left), and various designs that were available in the ankle socks. When they arrived her eyes lit up when the box opened. She wanted to try on all of the socks, to see how they changed the look of the shoes, and was genuinely excited. The design is genius, it allows your children to change their look with one pair of shoes, rather than purchasing several pairs of shoes, you can change the shoes to match your child's attire/mood daily.
 
The princess is comfortable and confident in her new U*neaks, and she draws attention to them everywhere we go. She has even done impromptu tutorials on her new sneakers in the grocery store with complete strangers (that's the kinda girl she is :). When she loves something you know it! I feel wonderful about her reaction, and now we will be shopping for another pair for big brother B. When he saw them he said he had to have a pair too. You can feel confident in the quality of the shoes as well. My Experience

Truth be told, I'm a perpetual list maker....the only problem is;  though I mean well, at times the scattered nature to my note taking ( various notebooks, slips of paper etc.) can lead to inevitably forgetting  something. With school now in full swing, reviews, interviews, events......and so on - I have a ton to juggle everyday. My Experience

As a mom daily life can be a bit hectic. Admittedly I'm not one to always remember everything without the help of a list. My Experience with the Dell Studio Mini 10

I do a happy dance of sorts (really) when I come across technology as advanced as Dell's!Their machines are built to last too! How do I know? The princess currently uses my older Dell Desktop......an it's been around since the beginning of time (or so it seems...at least 10 years) and it has never ever failed us.

With a new school year comes a need for new technology....

There are two thing's that I have become acutely aware of with my old laptop (the computer B has been using for the past couple years).

1. It wasn't meant to really sit in any one's "lap" as indicated in it's naming. It gets fairly hot, and well, I don't  

    want a scorching hot laptop in my lap let alone in my child's.

2. The battery life is short; so portable,  it is NOT.

I was glad to see that the Dell offers so many custom upgrades (charges may apply).  With the plethora of choices, the Mini can be customized to suite the individual users needs.  I reviewed the "Red my Fortune Cookie" by O.P.I , Dell Design Studio Mini 10.  Impressed by it's appearance, I was ready to see if this machine was all that it was professed to be.

First, the design of the keyboard is incredible ( the best I've experienced in a netbook of this size).Comparable in layout and size to a normal laptop keyboard, I was able to type at the same speed without as many issues and errors as I have experienced on other computer's of the same size. Very comfortable!

Another difference that I noted  immediately was the clarity of the screen. The crystal clear display makes all the difference in the world ( seriously we own a competitors netbook, and I get a headache every time I use it... it's a constant strain to see )!

When was I completely sold on the Dell Design Studio Mini?  The battery life was put to the test, and it passed with flying colors! I used the Studio Mini for an entire day ( on and off ) for about 8 hours (total use without plugging it in to charge in between uses ) and it still had battery power left! No blinking lights, or warning's to plug it in, just glorious uninterrupted portable technology! Thank you Dell for making a netbook that is actually portable with it's incredibly long battery life!

The Backs and covers of the Dell Design Studio Mini 10 can be customized with any of the over 200 Design Studio backs/covers, that Dell offers. Designs include Major League Baseball logos, OPI nail polish colors, (Product) RedTM, “Anthem” - Country Flag Colors, Artwork, and “Classics.”

As the kids head back to school, the Dell Design Studio Mini 10 is a definite essential! With it's wireless capability and long battery life - the school year is sure to be productive!

My Experience

While browsing online for a new guitar for B, I stumbled across Daisy Rock Guitars. Though B had no use for the Guitar line (as this is  a company geared towards girls),  I was thrilled that such a company exists. After looking around their site at all of the great Guitars, Apparel and Accessories. I read a little bit more about Daisy Rock Guitars. This company not only passionate about music and guitar, they are passionate about empowering girls to pursue their interests, whatever they may be, and are very active in communities! As a mother to a little toddling princess, it's great to know that there's a company that cares about our daughters, their interests, and their futures!

How excited was I  to review Daisy Rock Apparel and Accessories?! They have a great line of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and handbags! I received the Guitar Purse (Pictured Below), shaped like their heart guitar, and generously sized! It's super cute,  and would make a great book bag for a young girl / teen this coming school year! What a great expression of style and interest!

I also received the Black Daisy Rock Hoodie ( pictured below) and the Daisy Rock Sparkle Tee (Pictured Above Top). Both with Daisy Rock's Name and Logo in Pink ( pink and sparkly on the tee), they were both fast faves for me. I love to wear them both and represent for this great company in comfort and style!

 As a mother I enjoy dressing my children in clothing that allows them to be who they are; children ( you'll find no mini versions of adult attire in my household). In India, Nepal, and other South Asian countries, a tree called sapindus mukorrosi grows small fruits surrounded by a firm outer shell. This tree is unique because it produces its own natural saponins, a soap-like product, that coats the shell of the fruit. When the fruits ripen and fall from the tree, local families harvest it, then remove the fruit from the seed. The soap nut shell is then dried out in the sun, using absolutely no chemical processing or manufacturing processes. The soap nut shell absorbs water and releases saponins which circulate as a natural surfactant in the wash water, reducing the surface tension of the water and freeing dirt, grime and oils from the clothing. They act just as commercial laundry detergents, but without the chemicals. When the clothes are rinsed, the soapnut saponins are washed downstream where they remain harmless to the environment. No synthetic chemicals, no fragrance chemicals, no foaming agents or other toxins. Just shells grown by nature. My Experience

I had heard alot about Soap Nuts, and there natural cleaning ability, however I have to admit; I was skeptical. When I received the package of Soap Nuts and Coconut Coir Fiber Scrub pads for review, I was excited to find out if natural cleaning was a possible transition that we could make in our household ( I am always looking for environmentally friendly alternatives to household products and cleaners).  I received a 500 gram bag of Greener Living Soap Nuts, which included three small fabric bags. You place the appropriate quantity of soap nuts(depending on the size of the load) in the bag and then into your washing machine. After using soap nuts for the past few weeks, I am excited to say that not only do they clean (and well), they have been great for my family; as all of us have sensitivities to dyes and fragrances that are frequently found in laundry detergents . This all natural alternative is not only efficient, it's extremely cost effective! A 1.1 pound bag ( which does 150-200 loads of laundry) is only $20! Soap Nuts can also be boiled with water to create dish soap, and household cleaner!

In addition to the soap nuts, I had the opportunity to try the Coconut Coir Fiber Scrub Pads I used one in the kitchen, where it cleaned the dishes well ( without marking or scratching), and the other in the bathroom ( great to scrub the tub, quickly and easily). Not only do these all natural scrub pads clean well, they retain odor, and dry out quickly. Mine are still intact and ready for additional uses after a couple weeks of use!

 I am excited to have made yet another "greener" choice for our household! We love soap nuts, and will continue to use them to clean laundry and around the house.
