Our Experience
We absolutely love Hayneedle in our home! With so much to do and so little time, I love being able to shop from the comfort of my home in my "spare" time, and Hayneedle offers just about everything you can possibly imagine at more than reasonable prices!
As B was preparing to start school this year, a few thing's became apparent; most pressing was the fact that he was still in his "toddler" bed. While he still fit comfortably in the bed - he was just one small growth spurt (moms you know how these spurts can occur suddenly and without any notice;) away from outgrowing the bed.
So, the search began; I started with a short list of must have features / requirements....
1. A twin bed (would fit best in his room while still giving him allot of room to play).
2. A bed with storage drawer's or trundles was required.
3. Ben's requested "requirement" was that his new "big boy" bed be of the blue variety.
We looked....and looked.....and the search continued.......
Then I had a light bulb moment; Hayneedle.com! They have EVERYTHING! Thinking back to my last review with them, I recalled a beautiful bed that was 1. Blue 2. Had storage drawers in the base 3. Was twin sized! The South Shore Summer Breeze Twin Platform Bed in Blueberry! The only wonderful change since the last time I had viewed the item? They were now including a twin mattress FREE with the purchase of the bed (Many of the beds offered on their site come with a free mattress)!
Not only did the item arrive quickly, it was packaged so well, there was absolutely no chance of damage in shipment (a major concern I had given the size of the item). I got right to work (although DH was still at work and no one was around to help) and started to assemble the bed. Although two people are recommended for assembly, I was able to assemble the bed very easily in about an hour.
B is more than excited about his new "big boy" bed, and I'm thrilled with the quality of the bed and the added storage provided by the drawers in the base.
My enthusiasm is boundless for Hayneedle and their amazing selection, great service........ and prices that always make this mom smile!
