My Experience

I'll let you in on a little secret......I"m a bit of a gaming mom! I LOVE to play board, computer, and Wii Games! My children, seem to be just as jazzed as I am by games too.....which makes for tons of family fun! Though the princess is still too young for the Nancy Drew series (I can't wait to introduce her to the books & computer games when she's older) I was excited to solve the mystery!

I remember these stories fondly from my "girlhood" (as I am sure many mom's do...Nancy Drew Celebrates her 80th Anniversary this year!).The computer gaming series by HER Interactive brings Nancy Drew to "life" on your computer screen! With different difficulty levels to choose from and great graphics.....the gaming experience is both fun and incredibly interactive.

The princess is quite the little fashionista. She definitely has her own sense of style, so when I choose her shoes I know make sure to include her in the decision (or she won't wear them if she doesn't like them). She was visibly enthusiastic while browsing the Vincent store online! She loves pink and color.....which is plentiful at Vincent Children's Shoes. Along with designs that comfort little growing feet, the styles are unique and fashionable. The princess finally settled on the Fuchsia Linda Boots (Pictured Above) she's a bright pink kind of a girl ;)! Our Experience

We have a house full of Allergy sufferers. Whether it be the Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter......we always seem to be battling Allergy symptoms of some sort! Nutrisystem: Are You With Me?! (Update & Giveaway)

I did a happy dance today when the UPS man arrived; you know why? My Nutrisystem food arrived! If your a regular reader you know that my weight loss journey with Nutrisystem began a few months ago as I was eager to shed pounds so that I could participate in the NYC Marathon on November 7th. With my goal now within reach.........I've recognized that the journey isn't quite over.

I started out with a realistic goal of losing 40 pounds. Though I have lost much of that, I realize that for my health, it would be best if I could lose another 25-30 pounds so I can reach the recommended healthy weightt for my height of 125-130 pounds. My Experience

If your a regular reader, you know I am a coffee FANATIC! My Experience

After losing some weight recently, I have been in search of some great new jeans to compliment my figure. While I feel great, I have to admit,  there are still areas of my body that I have issues with (will the "mommy pouch" ever go away?;) Offering the light control that I'm looking for, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review the Samantha boot cut Jeans by Miraclebody!

Shout: GO PLAY! (Review)

Fall has definitely arrived in the Northeast part of the country! We have been enjoying cool crisp days and the changing / falling leaves for the past few weeks. We treasure the Fall days outdoors in our home, because we know when the frigid cold weather sets in, we will enjoy far less time outside playing.

Though I love this season......I know one thing's always for certain! The kids will get their new Fall/Winter wardrobe beyond dirty! They really enjoy rolling down the grass hills when we're at our home outside the city. Rather than cringe thinking about the grass stains, I can happily spectate knowing that a Shout product awaits me at the washing machine that will work it's magic.

 

I generally get to the wash fairly fast, so the Triple Action spray does the trick on most jobs. If  I do come across a tough stain the Shout Ultra Concentrated Gel never fails me! Simply rub the gel in a circular motion with the bristle head top.....and toss it in the washing machine! Clothes come out sparkling clean!

The cards have reminded me of allot of the great activities that I enjoyed when I was younger, and I am so excited to do them all with the kids! Despite all of our time spent out in the elements enjoying the Fall.......my kiddie's clothes have maintained their new appearance with the use of Shout! Really; No mom should be without it!

Our Experience

Have you ever had the pleasure of dining at a Red Robin with your family? We visit the Red Robin in our area frequently with B and the Princess;  it's our absolute favorite place to hang out and get a great meal with the kids. The atmosphere is so much fun, and most importantly it's family friendly!

We had the opportunity to try out  the new Mt. Olympus Burger and Mediterranean Chicken Salad ( both specials available for a limited time only) at our favorite area Red Robin location recently; what a great experience we all had! The Mt. Olympus Burger is absolutely delicious, served with Red Robin's "Never Ending" Steak Fries...my husband clearly enjoyed it; leaving not a morsel behind....YUM! The Chicken Salad was also equally delicious, I LOVED the dressing! If they bottled it, I would buy definitely buy it!

The kids really enjoyed coloring and looking around at all of the colorful and eclectic decor. We all left with a smile and the kiddo's with a balloon in hand, asked when we could come back again before we had even made it out the door!

             My Experience

I have become a huge fan of tea over the past couple months; as the weather gets cooler the warming comfort of a nice hot cup of tea does the trick every time! Sampling some great loose leaf  tea's got a whole lot easier with the Takeya Tea Maker ( pictured above) I simply spoon the loose leaf tea into the removable strainer, twist it back into the lid and allow the tea to steep for a few minutes! I can then remove the strainer and serve the tea directly from the Takeya ( if closed tightly it retains the temperature for a good amount of time as well ).  I love this little tea brewer, it steeps the perfect cup of tea every time.

Our Experience

For months I have been making countdown charts for everything you can possibly imagine. Appointments, Events, Important Dates.....you name it; we were counting down to it in our home!
