Our Experience
If there's one thing that I knew about Step2 before experiencing the Art Easel Desk, it was the true durability of their products!
After scouring the Internet (about 4 years ago now) for the perfect play kitchen for our daughter, we found a gorgeous kitchen from the Step2 Lifestyle series of play kitchens, and WOW! Not only has it withstood endless hours of play from both of my children, it definitely doesn't look like it's survived four years! It looks as though we just assembled it yesterday. Seriously, all of the decals are still in tact, all parts are still present and operational and I'm  positive that our children will enjoy it for a long time to come.

My fondness for this brand has only grown with our recent experience with their Art Easel Desk (pictured above and below). The space saving design is key with this product! As most parent's know, larger items that our children tend to love, are a real commitment when it comes to space in your home! Between an addition of a train table, play table, play kitchen, and a few other large item's our playroom had at one point become something of a maze to navigate. Because we already had a few large item's in our playroom, I wasn't really sure if I wanted to commit any more space to an easel (our daughter had been requesting one not so subtly for the past few months). That was until I seen the innovative space saving design of the the Art Easel Desk from Step2!

One side of the Art Easel Desk offers desk space with a wipeable whiteboard top, that actually lifts up to easily stow crayons and paper (it also offers handy spaces on top to hold markers). The easel offers
a generous sized wipeable whiteboard surface, and also a clip to hang paper for little ones to also paint and draw! Great design, wonderful space saver, and ton's of fun!

The Art Easel Desk by Step2 is great for smaller spaces, or area's that are already over taken by some other large items/toys (as in our home). It would make an excellent gift for the little budding artist in your life this Holiday Season!
