Our Experience
After a few fun filled months this Summer, school started back up yesterday. Though it would be great to extend the Summer out a few extra days, our son was actually excited to get back to school!

My Experience
The past few weeks have been beyond hectic in our home! We have been preparing for the school year, starting Fall dance classes and sports, amongst an already busy schedule (where did the Summer go? Time is FLYING BY!). Though I've been on my feet for hour's at a time, I've managed to keep up with it all without any casualty's or sore feet. The Lite Sprites collection is whimsical, magical, and oh' so incredibly FUN! Over the past few day's the princess has been simply dazzled by the Lite Sprites Wand and Sprite (pictured above). By setting the wand on any color surface or the included color wheel, the color reader on the bottom will automatically register the color in the wand's "library of colors"! By holding the button on the wand (for 2 seconds) the color (as if by magic) is transferred to the Sprite.
The princess sets her Sprite on her night stand each night now, turns the Sprite her favorite color (usually pink or purple), and drifts off to sleep with the soft glow from her new Lite Sprite friend (the Sprite will automatically shut itself off after a certain time period). Preparations for the upcoming school year and the Fall season are in full swing in our home! Between shopping for all of the necessary school item's for our son and wardrobe updates for both of our children, we have been super busy.

Our Experience
We started to think about Halloween in our home a little early this year. I really don't like to wait till the last minute as it causes an unneeded level of stress! The kid's decided to go with a theme of "favorite thing's" for each of their costumes, and we set off to find them promptly....though I wasn't quite sure B's costume choice would be easy to find. Why you ask? He decided that he wanted to be a piece of New York City Pizza, his absolute favorite food!

My Experience
With two little one's I'm generally always in Mommy mode. Being as such, I carry around a HUGE over sized purse the majority of the time, that I've affectionately dubbed "the mommy bag". Every mom has one, it's a necessary accessory when we have little one's. Our experience
For some unexplained reason, my children and husband have a tendency to kick off their shoes in our front entry hallway and keep moving on their merry way. There the shoes will sit, until I usher them to their closets (but not before tripping over the shoe pile first, of course!). I know it's a small thing, but I must admit....IT.DRIVES. ME. CRAZY!
Problem Solvers had the perfect tool for organizing the clutter and chaos in our hallway; the Revolving Shoe Tree! Because we are a family of four, I went with the four tier option (two, three, four, and six tier options available). First, I would like to point out how pleasantly surprised I was by the weight to the base of the Revolving Shoe Tree. My main concern was that it wouldn't hold the weight of several pairs of shoes and still remain sturdy. The sturdy weighted base ensures that it stays in place perfectly even when holding several pairs of shoes. All shoes are visible and easily accessible with the individually revolving tiers. This organizational tool has completely eliminated shuffling through the closet and peeking under furniture to find stray shoes for the kid's (what a time saver)!
We each have our own tier to hold our shoes, and it takes up a minimal amount of space in our entry way with it's slim-line design. With the upcoming school year and change of seasons quickly approaching (which inevitably multiplies the footwear in our home-each of us with shoes, sneakers, and boots adds up quickly!) I'm thrilled to have the shoe clutter cleared and organized in such a functional (and stylish) way! Now everyone knows just where to find their shoes, and mommy has maintained her sanity.

Our Experience
We sat down to check out HOODWINKED TOO! HOOD vs. EVIL last Friday night for our family movie night, and I have to admit, I was totally unprepared for just how much I would enjoy this animated comedy! With an all-star cast my husband and I both had a blast matching the voices of the character's with some of our favorite actors and actresses!
Based loosely on the Little Red Riding Hood storyline, this sequel to last year's release HOODWINKED will inspire laughter and smiles while your routing for "Red" to win out over the evil doings of the Wicked Witch (Joan Cusack). The soundtrack includes an inspiring solo from Hayden Panettiere (the voice of "Red") that you won't want to miss! Our Experience
While I was aware that Yoga helps in building concentration, confidence, and respect for your body, I was not aware of just how beneficial Yoga can really be for children, I am now though! Over the past few weeks my kiddo's have been enjoying a new daily routine, that they've grown quiet fond of. Yoga By The Dozen! While the princess was slightly familiar with Yoga, our son had not shown any interest. That was until we introduced him to Yoga By The Dozen. The calm voice of the instructor coupled with the fun relatable way she teaches the children on the DVD, instantly sparked interest from both of my children.
They happily pull out their Yoga mats daily now, and partake in this fun Yoga routine! By teaching them that they are really in complete control of their movements and their breathing they have both been much calmer! When the princess (4) goes into meltdown mode now, I quickly remind her to breathe, which (to my surprise!) now helps her to calm herself down and redirect her energy into talking through an issue (fairly remarkable in my opinion, for 4 years old!).
They have both learneda bunch from Yoga By The Dozen, and have had TONS OF FUN doing so!
