The Way, Way Back #TheWayWayBack - Meet The Cast + Trailer - In Theaters July 5th

I had the opportunity to catch a screening of THE WAY, WAY BACK last night, in Manhattan. My verdict? This movie is definitely one to add to your must-see list this Summer!
Growing up. It's a life-long process, right? The comedic, yet moving storyline of The Way, Way Back  captures all of the intricacies and at times harsh realities that we experience along the way. From the awkward [let's face it - sometimes - downright cringe-worthy] moments of the teenage years - to the scary unexpected transitions that we can encounter as adults -it's all there.

The Way, Way Back offers up a highly relatable storyline - with plenty of laughs to be had throughout.

Keep an eye out for upcoming posts with my interview with the very talented and funny, Allison Janney [Betty] - and my full review of The Way, Way Back.

From the studio that brought you 500 Days of Summer, Juno and Little Miss Sunshine comes the indie family comedy of the summer!

Official Film Synopsis:
THE WAY, WAY BACK is the funny and poignant coming of age story of 14-year-old Duncan’s (Liam James) summer vacation with his mother, Pam (Toni Collette), her overbearing boyfriend, Trent (Steve Carell), and his daughter, Steph (Zoe Levin).  Having a rough time fitting in, the introverted Duncan finds an unexpected friend in gregarious Owen (Sam Rockwell), manager of the Water Wizz water park. Through his funny, clandestine friendship with Owen, Duncan slowly opens up to and begins to finally find his place in the world - all during a summer he will never forget.
