From Mom Jeans.....To Marathon Sponsored by Nutrisystem Week 5

I can't believe it's been 5 weeks already. I have tried other diet plans in the past, and within a few weeks I tire of the food. Nutrisystem has so many different food choices, it makes it easy to keep with the plan. This week was a little hectic with a lot of running around ( I tied up some loose ends with B's registration for school and signed him and the princess up for fall activities etc.). I never missed a beat with my plan though, I tossed my Nutrisystem meals in my purse and managed well.

Exercise was a bit of an issue mid week , so this week I will have to step it up a little. I'm going to try to increase my routine to 11 miles a day at least 4 days this week. I am so excited to have come this far! The  results so far give me the enthusiasm and drive to continue on this amazing journey.
At the end of week 5, I am excited to share that  I have lost another 3 pounds - bringing my 5 week overall weight loss total to 20 pounds (I so did a happy dance when I got off the scale this morning:)!! With every pound shed I feel a little closer to achieving my goal!
