My Experience
I'm a mother.....and a pathological picture / video taker (hey' don't the two go hand in hand?! ;) The issue that I've run across with having thousands of pictures is; I CAN NEVER FIND THE ONE'S I'M LOOKING FOR (and how many pictures go forgotten)! I've spent many many many many (well you get the point) hour's at night trying to sort through them and it's nearly impossible; there's just too many pictures and not enough time in my hectic "mommy schedule".

I've been in search of a device that would manage and sort the files for me. I purchased one that claimed that it would organize everything, However, in organizing them it didn't make it any easier to access the photo's that I wanted. There were no dates to reference; just tons and tons of files, containing tons and tons of pictures (how is this any different than where I had started you ask? IT WASN'T!). So I searched for another device....and stumbled upon the Hitachi LifeStudio™ MobilePLUS.

I was EXCITED! If this device did all that it professed to do, I would finally be able to organize the chaos and enjoy my memories (which is the desired result of picture taking right?!)! After the LifeStudio arrived, it was set up fairly quickly (it's a plug & play so all you have to do is connect it to your computer. In mater of a few minutes all of the files in my computer were organized and visible on the display "3-D Wall". The wall that is created is an easily scrollable wall of pictures, video's, and music files; it allows you to view your images, thus making it EXTREMELY easy to access all of my pictures and videos and even music!

After the LifeStudio pulled all of my files and organized them, I could now view everything by year (or month). What totally sold me on the LifeStudio? You can instantly upload the files to Flickr, Facebook, or Picasa without leaving the LifeStudio application! The LifeStudio also offers portability with the removable 4GB USB Key that you can take with you on the go (fits easily in a purse or pocket)! My verdict? I love it! It's easy, it's organized my chaos, and allowed me the opportunity to view my cherished memories without inducing a headache (hours of searching through SD cards can do that to a gal that's already running short of "free time" ;)
