Our Experience
As the season is clearly changing (the gorgeous fall colors are now on full display in our neck of the woods), the kid's have been looking forward to our annual Fall family traditions. Every year, we take a "mini-road trip" about 45 minutes away to an incredible corn maze! After our adventure through the maze, we take the kiddo's to pick out a pumpkin in their pumpkin patch, and apple picking.
Adding to their Fall fun, they really enjoy picking out costumes (a task we completed SUPER EARLY this year, with costumes ordered back in early September) and decorating around the house.
Though the princess and B are getting a little older, they still aren't quite to the age where carving pumpkins is an activity they can do enjoyably. Because it's not really safe to have them carve, we have to do the carving for them, which mainly only creates frustration and tears-so we've given up on carving for a couple of years (until they're at an appropriate age to participate in the fun).
